"I searched all over the Finger Lakes region to find somewhere I could rent a 15-passenger van for our wedding party and their significant others and Lucien’s was my saving grace! He had one high top van available for the weekend and it was at a very affordable price! The van itself was very nice and Lucien worked with me and my family to make the reservation and schedule a time for pickup and drop off that worked for us. The vans are located in close proximity to the Syracuse airport which worked well for us since my brother-in-law flew in and out from there."

"I didn’t have to but wanted to do this review. My daughter was married on June 12 this month and the plan was to have a limousine rental. My wife and I had an agreement for a limousine set 10 months prior with a local limousine company that is ran by a long time “friend”. About three weeks prior to the big day we were told by our “friend” that he couldn’t provide us with one of his fleet limousines due to “insurance” but he also commented that it was prom weekend anyway and he would be busy with longer hourly contracts. Talk about speaking out of both sides of your mouth. Every limousine company was booked due to proms and my daughter had planned for a limousine. Well daddy of the bride kicked it into overdrive and did what every good dad would do. I Googled van rentals and to my surprise LUCIEN’s popped up. I called and spoke to the owner and asked if he could help. Lucien called me after hours and was very helpful. He made some arrangements and offered me a 12 or 15 person luxury van. I chose the 15 passenger due to ample headroom that was available that eliminated the bending over getting in and out of a traditional limousine. I made arrangements and visited the company to look the vehicle over and meet the owner. I was totally blown away by the owners friendly personality, vans and very clean premise. I signed the contract immediately. When I picked up the van From Lucien it was perfect inside and out exactly how Lucien said it was going to be. My daughter was so happy that her gown was so easily stored in the passenger area and she didn’t have to worry about tearing trying to get into a traditional limousine. The bridal party enjoyed the room that the van provided and its appearance. The rest is a fairytale ending. So if your baby girl is going to be married and you need transportation you have to give Lucien a try. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Lucien for a beautiful ending to an amazing day."

"Our family van was totaled in an accident, and Lucien was gracious enough to adjust things at his end so we had a van available to us for almost a month. He was also a wealth of knowledge in dealing with the insurance companies, so much so that he helped save us some $$. I would definitely recommend Lucien for all your large van rental needs!!"

"Great and friendly service as well as reasonable rates with very clean and newer vehicles. 24 hour service as well as off hours drop off. Much cheaper and easier to deal with than any other rental company and location wasnt bad. Will be referring them as well as using them again in the future. Thank you"

"I would not recommend this company for their policy practices are basically legally fraudulent. If you make a reservation and already had the money deducted from your card and something happens and you have to cancel the reservation they will only refund the deposit amount. They will keep the rental fee for the time the vehicle was rented. They have it posted on their website under notices. How many people read a website when they are looking for a vehicle? About the same amount of people that go to the Better Business Bureau to see what they say about a business. I did file a complaint with the BBB. I did have to go through with the rental or lose the money. The complaint is a matter of public record."
