They do their very best to work with you, and in my case what I mean is I bring them a car with no appointment making a weird noise, and I express the fact that I really really need it ASAP, they in turn work it right in the schedule, got it diagnosed and fixed within a couple days, including ordering the parts and waiting for delivery. They're also super friendly and I have yet to have anyone at that garage try to sell me anything I didn't need."

He was kind enough to stay late even though he didn't have to. I will be using this shop from now on.
