"My husband bought a truck here the first week in June. They didn't change the oil then, but 'promised' to change it at when convenient. He called them 3 weeks ago and we're still waiting for their mechanic to fit this truck in! Horrible service after the sale!!"
"Proceed with caution! Bought our first vehicle here and everything went smoothly everything worked well so when we paid off our first vehicle we naturally went back. I wish we'd taken our business elsewhere, in the 3 months that we've owned our second vehicle we've had to replace the front tires even though they said all tires were new, had to have a complete realignment because the car shakes so bad at 55 mph. The battery light has come on and the rear hatch Actuator motor fried. So in the last 3 months of owning it we have had to spend roughly $700. Their response " we don't remember saying the tires were new or that it shakes because of the tires." Lesson learned they'll say whatever it takes to make the sale! They clearly don't care about keeping customers."
"I don't know why my name is coming up like that but okay (it's Billie frank). Point blank this place is a piece of garbage and nobody should ever go here. The owner, operator, employees and the shop they use to inspect there vehicles are careless at their job. My fiancé bought a 2009 Mazda from them and they failed to discover the entire K-frame on the vehicle was rotted our daughter has rode in that car for the last three months he has had because it's our daily driver. We almost crashed the vehicle with her in it due to the frame being rotted it caused the vehicle to pull very strongly to the right. These people failed to apologize for their incompetence and have been giving my fiancé and his dad the run around playing telephone tag and ignoring the important questions. They have had the car for a week now although the owner bought a new frame and is having the work done to fix the vehicle who said btw it would be done last Thursday it still sits without being touched and we continue to struggle with rides to work. He can't answer the phone or talk to people decently. My fiancé isn't allowed to trade it in until the work is finished therefore we are still being screwed. Don't tell me how a dealership that's been around for apparently a long time fails to properly do a 9 point inspection in nys but it makes you think what's more important the safety of others or the quick buck this jerk makes in his pocket? I would not recommend this place to anybody on this earth. Especially those who have children. Imagine how we feel knowing our daughter has been in this car and how awful that something could have happened to her due to their dishonesty, incompetence and carelessness. This guy has no compassion or human decency to offer anybody. DO NOT GO HERE."
"We purchased a used 2010 Honda CR-V from this 'dealer'. The 'dealer' was good at selling the vehicle but failed to perform the simplest customer service (ie making sure the fuel tank was filled, car was cleaned, etc). Chuck Thomas (salesman) advised the 'dealership' doesn't do customer service. The price was consistent with surrounding dealerships so there is no incentive to do business with this dealer for any reason. Want any kind of customer service, go someplace else."
