"Sooooo much to talk about when it comes to this CVS Pharmacy on 96 Beaver St in Cooperstown, NY, especially the 2 comediennes who BOTH laughed when I called in respiratory distress and the doctor’s prescription which I picked up there, was useless to me. I had been in the ER the day before. She desperately wanted to spell the doctor’s name out to me between giggles but I hung up first. Why the phonics? It’s in the details, obviously. Only Ted Baxter knows how dangerous Georgette really is."
"Went to pickup prescriptions. Were told they were ready and they were not. Went back during hours they were supposed to be open but they were closed. No signs posted they were closed or updated website hours. Do not waste your time using this pharmacy!"
"The drive thru window is closed. The sign says if you have mobility issues to wait and someone will come. I am significantly disabled and, while I can drive myself, I do things like order ahead for pickup or use drive through windows, When I spoke to the pharmacy two days ago they did not tell me the window was closed. Anyway, I got there, the window was closed, I waited 10 minutes, no one came, so I thought I would call them to tell them I was there. After spending 5-10 minutes negotiating their hellacious answering bot it finally "connected" me to the pharmacy. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before I gave up. No one answered the phone. No one came to the window. They were not busy. I saw maybe 4 or 5 customers in the half hour or more I was there. Certainly not so busy that someone could have had the courtesy to answer the phone. If you live in the Cooperstown area I suggest you transfer your business to Church and Scott. These mega corporate chains don't care about us."
"I left an Rx at home while traveling to Cooperstown. The pharmacy assistant said it could be transferred. I assumed insurance would cover it since she said it could be transferred and upon pickup she did not mention a total. Signed and went on my way. $225 later!!! For a $5 Rx when it can be refilled. I would have suffered 24 hours until I got back home. No wonder the pharmacist was 22+ hours in overtime and they are taking advantage of it."
"I called the store to see if they might have an adapter. After the 3 minutes of questioning that the last one was for anything but pharmacy. Couldn't that of been second question. Pharmacy 1 other 2. But after the the wasted question time I almost hung up it rang so many times. To then have the person who sounded like I woke up an didn't want to be bothered. Because he wasn't sure exactly what I was asking but didn't try either. Not did he offer or ask an associate with better knowledge to help instead hung up as if I was rude. I know now never to call or shop at your Cooperstown store. Or any other. Trying to find contact info which your smart I guess because how many people are going to write an mail a letter vs email that u don't offer."
