"Sick and tired of getting inedible food from Bohemia,NY BK. Completely inedible disgusting food, terrible service. There was no meat in my chicken sandwich, the coating was separated. They always ask me to pull to a spot as soon as I get to the window. Then at least one thing, but usually half my order is missing. I live 2 miles away yet all of my food is ice cold. Ronkonkoma,NY is further away yet I never have any negative experiences w service or food quality. No matter how many managers I complain to, it just gets worse. Get better help and serve fresh food. Don't make me park to bring me cold food so your drive thru service numbers look better than they are. You're the worst in the business!!!! Hands down worst"

"Between the dried out croissant, dry sausage and paper thin egg I was literally the only customer in the drive thru and the lady hands me my bag and tells me I gotta move and then makes a kissing sound at me as she's ushering me away from the window. Do yourself a favor and wait the extra couple minutes and go down the road to mcdonalds"
