"I called in my order for a pick up, the gentleman was pleasant on the phone and told me 20 minutes. 30 minutes later I'm asking the man to take my food out of the oven because I had to catch a bus. He tried to reassure me that it's almost done. I tried explaining to him that I don't care if it's not done I have to make the bus. He kind of huffed and puffed and when I handed him my money, he rudely snatched it out of my hand. My suggestion to them is, don't tell the customer 20 minutes and it's really going to take 35 minutes to cook. This is the 2nd time I had an issue with them and having to catch a bus."
