Bagel Patch

"I have been coming here for about 5 years now, I absolutely love the bagels and their sandwiches are always to die for!!!! Maria and her staff are always so helpful and are the best things in the morning!! Also… where else can you get a French toast bagel with extra chocolate chip cream cheese and a large iced coffee for just 8 bucks?!!"

"The bagels are decent but i bought an egg sandwich and im completely disgusted. Not only was the bacon raw but i literally watched them pull an old plastic dried fish container out of the fridge, which they now use to store their ketchup in, and scoop ketchup onto my sandwich with her hands! not even a knife. I will never go back there again. never! They are disgusting"

"Been going here since I moved out here, so about 8 years. Bagels are great but the service is probably some of the worst I’ve seen. They never smile they get nasty if you take a second and not even a thank you if you tip. There is like one or two workers that are nice there and you will know who just by the others being so rude. Found a new place so I’m done with that dump"

"My friends and I tried to place an order for four bacon egg and cheeses over the phone. The lady on the phone was really rude as soon as she answered. She then proceeded to tell us we need to pay over the phone for them even though we were paying with cash and driving to the store. She then said "okay then I won't make them until you get here" and hung up on us. We got to the store and was met with even more hostility and attitude just for a sandwich. We ended up not getting food from them, you shouldn't either. So many other places to go that offer amazing customer service."

"Called to place an order for sandwiches but was told they wouldn’t make the sandwiches until I pulled over to pay for them. I expressed I was about 4 minutes from the store to which the employee said “well I won’t make until you come” and then hung up the phone on me. Didn’t know four sandwiches qualified for forced payment over the phone. I walked in the store 3 minutes later and got a nasty attitude from the employee standing at the counter. Pretty disappointing to get such an attitude for some breakfast."
