"This is my first time ever trying Wendy's the food was old the customer service was on point an outside the establishment they had people begging for money I would not go back here I ordered the bacon cheese fries it made me want to throw up and a spicy chicken sandwich was good if it had been fresh so I'm not a happy camper with Wendy's"

"This place is the absolute worst Wendy's I've experienced. It took over a year of missing food, toys, and wrong orders for me to post this. Ruined meals with friends and family because the staff here refuses to check the accuracy of what's put in the customers bags. Wasted gas, driving back to this place about a dozen time for a correction to my orders. Even when I check to make sure everything is in the bag something will be missing from the sandwich (ie. Bacon, ketchup, etc.) Don't waste your time or money here."

"I went to this wendys tonight at 12:15 am the Dave's single was cold and cheese looked like it was sitting for a while so the cheese wasn't melted the burger was cold. I ordered a triple baconator just the sandwich and I received a triple sandwich with lettuce tomatoes onions and pickles and lets not forget the NO BACON I didn't even ask for all that stuff I just wanted a normal triple bacon how do you mess up a sandwich that your well known for... not going back im only going back tomorrow to get my money back."

"I give this Wendy's location a one-star rating because the staff was completely incompetent and provided terrible customer service. From the start, the lady at the speaker took forever to take the order (which was a mobile order pickup, so she just needed my name) and seemed to not be paying attention, which wasted my time and caused frustration. Furthermore, the staff's refusal to provide change for a 10 was unacceptable and inconvenient, given that we were splitting the bill with coworkers. Their response of "we don't do that" was unhelpful and unprofessional. To top it all off, the food I received was completely wrong, even though I had specifically requested no lettuce, tomato, or mayo on the chicken sandwiches in the mobile order. This shows a lack of attention to detail and care for the customer's order. Overall, this Wendy's location failed to provide the level of service and quality that customers should expect from a fast-food restaurant. I cannot recommend this location based on the terrible experience I had."
