"If I could give no stars I would. Been to this location 3 times and they always mess up the orders or give horrible quality food for example like 3 pieces of chicken on a chalupa or when ordering special requests they don’t stop and read it to give good quality food. Some of these workers are sloppy as well and don’t care for how the food looks when giving to the customers. In addition, they don’t make the food warm enough and when placing it online they forget the condiments ALLL THE DAMN time not just from my experience but from people I know as well that have come here. I am officially giving up here and going to other locations in neighboring towns and hope someone finds this review helpful ! Management team needs to perform a strict training or fire these kids or micromanage to have a better customer loyalty and more revenue"

"The place had literally had no one in the store and they still proceed to take 30 minutes to make one simple order of a burrito and a few tacos. They couldn’t hire actual workers that can do the job right, but hiring the high school kids instead while they blast music in the back while have customers in the front."

"Very slow service. Waited over 15 minutes for a power bowl and 2 burritos. They act like they don't see you at the front counter after ordering. They just stand behind where they prepare food and talk to each other."

"Not crowded like the Central Islip location. Super sweet crew! I forgot my wallet at home and only had $10 in cash that didn’t follow the full order and they gave it to me anyway. Def will be returning!"
