"Placed an order on doordash and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Waited an hour before calling the store to ask what was going on with our order. They told me they were handing it to the delivery person while we were on the phone. 10 minutes later we got a notification that a new dasher had been sent to pick up the food because the first one had been kept waiting too long. It ended up taking about 1.5 hours to get 2 egg sandwiches delivered 2 miles. They forgot our drinks and they didn't put the toppings on our sandwiches that we paid extra for. We will never order from this place again."

"The bagels are really good, think and doughy. But twice now we have picked up a dozen (get a dozen free) and asked for specific flavors and they just throw random ones in the bag we didn’t ask for. I think they’re trying to get rid of the ones no one tends to order but it is a little obnoxious since we didn’t ask for or want those…."

"Hello, I haven’t been to this restaurant in about a year. I had a taste for some breakfast and I even picked up lunch. Unfortunately the store fell short on providing fresh food. I ordered a honey turkey sandwich from the menu and this is what I received on the sandwich. Old dried bacon that looks like it’s been sitting for hours. I couldn’t enjoy the meal entirely so it was thrown out. Hopefully the store can see this and move forward into providing quality food to consumers. Thanks!"

"Stopped by on my way back to Florida. This place has amazing selection of bagels, huge variety of cream cheeses, and tasty coffee. Open at 5a, ready for the road warriors. But get here quick, that morning rush is no joke."

"My wife's Bacon Egg and Cheese cane out with unmelted cold cheese, but the bacon chips were Burnt pieces of gristle. I requested my coffee to have extra cream to cool it off so I do not burn my mouth, it came super hot. We also ask for Salt & Pepper but never get any. And our sandwich rolls Never have Poppy Seeds like everyone else? Discrimination??? My swivel seat is Not comfortable because I have to Wedge myself into the seat and table! Get Real chairs! Just a bad experience for the Second Time in a year!!! Last time, all 9 sandwiches were made wrong and they used stale rolls! Horrible!"
