"The service here is terrible. Zero stars should be an option. The lack of care and efficiency is horrible. Completely just left my food on the shelf for 15 minutes and their excuse was “Oh we didn’t see you.”” How is that possible when I’m standing at the counter in front of her face the entire tim?. The I’ve machine wasn’t working and she was accommodating deliveries who arrived after me and I had to pull ice out of a bucket MYSELF. Forget this place. It’s so not worth it."

"Everyone deserves a second chance, and this review comes right after that. Andrea is the worst customer service person I have encountered in my life. The first go around I was given an attitude by her because when I ordered wings alone, she charged me full price like I ordered a combo. When I called her out on it she said that's the price but upon further review on doordash, this was a lie. When I asked if I could at least have a soda since I was charged the combo price for just wings she gave the biggest nastiest attitude. Mind you, this first incident was last summer in August. Today, June 21st, 3:30pm the following year, and the only other time I've gone to this location, having a craving for it, I thought maybe she doesn't work there anymore, or at the very least, they worked with her and she was a better employee. Boy was that all wrong. I wanted to know the price of the wings alone and if they were different than just the combo. I guess I'm the 1 percent of customers that don't need the combo but it's only a $2 difference... so she says... so, I took it on the chin again and was forced into the combo meal. Btw, that must've triggered her memory because the rest of the interaction and the time I was there, she was completely short, nasty, and rude to me. She even walked away right at the moment of when the total came up to pay. I didn't get a choice of the side. She just assumed fries. And I didn't get a choice on the size of drink cause to my surprise I got the smaller one. When I asked about those things she made it seem like there were no other options and I had to pay more for the bigger size. Even my dipping sauce I had to ask for ranch. While I was standing waiting, she brings a chair to put at a table close to me, which could've waited, and rudly says "'scuse me!" basically saying "MOVE!" I'm never coming back again unless an owner let's me know that this person is fired!"

"***IF YOU ARE MUSLIM DON'T EAT HERE*** I will edit/delete if the owner can provide proof their meat is in fact Halal, but they could not provide any proof or certification it is Halal. They just verbalize it. They will tell you to google it, and the manager even showed me on her phone - she showed me the website of the Wingstop IN SINGAPORE. Very few people pay attention to the URL but anything with .sg in the ending is for Singapore, a completely separate country. It is possible to find Halal locations in other countries like UK but here in the States if you go on the American website there is nothing they mention about Halal. The workers also told me they don't mix anything and respect the Muslim community, but the entire menu is chicken, so mixing does not make any sense. This is a location trying to scheme the local Muslim customer base, they don't understand how sacred it is in our religion to eat permissible (Halal) meat. If you are a Muslim, take your money elsewhere. Cheating and deceiving us is nothing short of malicious!"

"Ordered a chicken sandwich and wings. Nice enough restaurant inside, nice and cool inside too. Cashier was nice and helpful. Few people were eating inside but many customers picking up their orders."
