"I worked at subway in the past and this place Absolutely has the worst customer service I've ever seen..They do not accept any coupons whatsoever, they don't use the correct portions of meat & cheese required from subway headquarters, most of the employees don't speak English or pretend to not speak English, many people reported getting sick and sometimes they just make up their own prices resulting in a very expensive subway experience. Let's all come together and boycott this location and pray for an owner that isn't a cheap POS."

"I've given them every benefit of doubt but I will never come back. The old man looks at you like your stupid for wanting service and will wait til someone else comes to help you. Customer service is absolutely non existent but rudeness abounds. 25 minutes to get a mobile order of 1 sandwich. Had to ask to have him make it and not s single customer in the place. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid."

"I was charged 15.73 for a foot long Italian cheese and herb sandwich with turkey pepperoni, spinach and provolone. Super skinny sandwich. In hindsight I could have gotten a sandwich from a deli more thicker n better for less the price. I hope it gets better. But for now on I'm never going back to subway ever unless the portions and or prices change for the better. Food taste mid. But sadly it doesn't taste like 15.73. it's giving 9.99."

"TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I needed help ordering a sandwich, no one could help me they told me to GOOGLE!!! I was very surprised by the rudeness of staff than they preceded to take someone else’s order who came in after me!!! I said so no one is going to help me? I was standing there being ignored by both workers!!!! That is completely unacceptable I will no longer send my money there and I will let my family and friends know about the rudeness I experienced, I was a long time customer but no more!!!! Y’all should be Ashamed of yourselves!!!!"

"It’s a subway what do you expect a 5 star restaurant, I mean for a subway it isn’t bad but it could be better they did redo the place so that’s nice I ordered form here through Grubhub and they forgot my order one time and gave me half so but when u go there i guess it’s better never really had a issue except for Grubhub they gave me my money back but I did have to go down there. Coupons are a issue some times"
