"I was really looking forward to one of their sandwiches for lunch today but I ended up very disappointed. Steak sandwich had several very large, very tough pieces of fat. I couldn't have eaten it if I tried, and trust me I did. The first mouthful of it was one thing but after the second and third I felt like I had wasted money on a sandwich that I couldn't enjoy. For about 20 dollars I'd hope that what I'm getting didn't feel lazy or like they cut corners in a rush."
