"This cafe completely lacks management and efficiency. Zero stars for taking 30 minutes to serve a kiosk-ordered ice cream, and failing. After 30 minutes I got in the cashier line and showed my receipt, in order to get ice cream."

"Let's face it. You're not coming here for atmosphere, but they do have good AC, so it's a nice spot to cool off...if you can get a seat. The food is typical of any Costco, really gross pizza that is huge and cheap. They no longer give you two hotdogs...it's only one with your drink. Also, the nasty churros have been replaced with nasty chocolate chip cookies that hardly have any chips in them. And there is no more strawberry ice cream... only vanilla and chocolate. But they still make a sundae with strawberry sauce. The place is often so busy it can take 15 minutes or more to get your order, no matter how big or small. If you need a quick and easy and cheap meal, this is ok...if you are already there. I would never make a special trip, though."

"The food was good but it was a very long way the way was about 45 to an hour I had ordered two pizzas to Hot Dogs two sodas two ice creams it took about 42 minutes to get my order they were nice they were friendly but there was something going on because they had a long stream delays but overall I would say they did in the end try to speed things up"

"My favorite Costco. It seems less bigger than others, or maybe being on 2 levels makes it easier to navigate. Lanes are not as long, but we love the samples. Usually, I find everything. I only wish their bakery was larger."

"One word. HORRIBLE! First, you call and no one and i mean no one answers the phone to try to place an online order. When you get there, you understand why. This place is a mad house. From parking to placing an order. It took them 55 minutes for 2 pies and a hot dog. 55 minutes... really? Smh.."
