"The location on new lots ave horrible, word to the wise always check ya bag before you leave to make sure your order is as you order it cuz they got a thing for giving you fried when you asked for grilled or charge you for extra cheese and not give you extra cheese…. Food so so ,,, long waits and don’t let there be a mistake on your order then you gotta wait even longer for them to remake the food … I personally waited over an hr just to finally get my food due to the incompetence of the staff … fu@k this place and I can’t even begin to understand how it soul food with a full Spanish staff,,,, im good never again"

"Honestly for this to be considered soul food should be illegal. That Mac and cheese and yams needs an exponential amount of work. Macaroni soup is what I was served! I’m only giving the food two stars because the Chicken was decent!"

"Ok, so the food has potential to be very good. Unfortunately for me the chicken tenders were to over fried, the Mac and cheese is a Cajun style Mac that I ended up putting in the air fryer to just char up a bit. (I think you guys should do that ) it elevated the flavors and presentation. The loaded mash potatoes were really good, I enjoyed that and the fried shrimps. The sauce on the tenders was a good tasting sauce while the side sauces are pretty bland. The food was just really cold when it arrived which I’m not too bothered about but maybe you can think of ways to keep your food warmer while is on its way to your customers."
