"Omg the food is amazing, customer service is excellent and when they found out it was our first time there they were so excited. Wait time was around 15 minutes but it was worth the wait for freshly cooked food so can’t complain"

"This review has absolutely nothing to do with the servers and staff. They were extremely pleasant and the establishment was very clean. This is a review solely on the food. The quality is not up to par at all. My boyfriend and I went for the first time last night. We read great reviews online so we were expecting the quality to match. We got the waffle sandwich as well as the brioche sandwich. The breading on the chicken was sliding off. The tenders are HUGE with a ton of breading and the portion did not match the size of the waffle/bread. This resulted in breading getting completely soggy and made it impossible to eat the sandwich. Also the dressing and toppings that they put on top make the bread completely soggy as well. We requested forks but the server who was cleaning tables and picking up peoples trash used the same dirty glove to hand us our forks so we could not use them. The fries were mediocre at best but not hot. I called to complain and request some type of refund given the fact that we left the food and could barely eat it but the owner was a very rude and condescending person. My word was not enough - he argued with me for 5 minutes about the testing he does on the product and there’s no way my experience could have been bad. This is what stuck out to me the most. If a customer has a bad experience the owner should want to rectify it but instead he was only interested in arguing with me. He refused the refund and was completely unapologetic. Needless to say we will never return. ETA: absolutely no effort was made to rectify the situation. The owner is a liar. My exact words were “if you’re not willing to rectify it then I will leave a Google review that lives forever on the internet.” And that’s exactly what I’ve done."

"Awkwardly quiet for 12:30 on a Saturday. Kid behind the register with the cowboy hat hanging off the side of his head and the air pod in his ear didn’t seem to care when I said it was our first time there and we were excited to try the chicken sandwich. 1 children sandwich w/ fries 1, 5 pc bbq wings w/ fries & 2 cans of coke About $40 give or take 2 or 3 other orders going out besides ours 20 minutes of awkward quiet besides the kitchen speaking what sounded like Arabic until our food & drinks came out. Wings were big, meaty and cooked perfectly! Sauce was very sweet Fries were fresh and crispy Chicken sandwich gets a 5/5 for presentation and 4/5 for taste. Chicken was cooked perfectly but didn’t fill out the roll. Just a fat tender down the middle. Pretty tasty but no real wow factor to it so I’m not really sure what all the hype is about. I asked for medium spice level but I would compare it to mild everywhere else. All in all not a bad experience but compared to say Popeyes or Chick fil A which both have more flavor at a more reasonable price I don’t have a strong reason to go back"

"The good thing is the seating area is quite big and clean. Exposed brick wall giving off southern charm. I honestly did really want to like the food but it wasn’t remarkable at all. They’ve got ~600 reviews in less than a year and they all seem to have a high rating (?). Their servings are big but everything we ordered lacked taste. We got the chicken tacos, the waffle sandwich and the smashburger (all of them with medium sauce) and they were all sub par in taste because all the rave reviews set some high expectations. The chicken in the waffle sandwich was definitely undercooked and soggy. Bottom line, we’re not going back."

"Let me start by saying that cleanliness is key and this place was spotless for a Nashville Chicken restaurant!!! The food was great! My son wanted to try this place for quite some time based on an Instagram post and it did not disappoint! We ordered the chicken sandwich with fries the wings and the smash burger, all excellent!! The manager/owner was super nice and very attentive.We will definitely be back for dessert!! 10/10"
