"Definitely NOT fast food! Placed my order at 4:06pm (printed right on the receipt) and didn’t receive my food until 4:41pm. It took them 35 minutes to pull together a simple order of chicken tenders and fries. Customers who ordered their food after us received their food before us. BUT WAIT, it gets better!!! So after waiting 35 minutes for “fast” food, THEY MESSED UP THE ORDER and gave us spicy tenders! Instead of being apologetic when I pointed out their error, they acted annoyed. I then had to wait almost 10 minutes for the correct plain chicken tenders…while the rest of my food got cold. BUT SADLY IT DOES NOT END THERE…. When I returned home and looked over my receipt, I noticed that they had charged me for 3 dipping sauces for the chicken tenders… however while I was at the store and I had asked for dipping sauces (since they had not given me any at all) I was told I would have to pay for them. So this means that I WAS BILLED FOR ITEMS THAT I NEVER RECEIVED!!! Definitely NOT a place to go to on your lunch break, unless you’re willing to spend 45 minutes of your lunch break just WAITING AND WAITING AND WAITING TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! Don’t get me wrong, the food was freshly prepared, but for a 45 minute wait you’d think that they still had not yet plucked the chickens!!! LOL!!!"

"Worst ever customer service .. I made an order on Uber eats for pick up .. I get there 15 minutes after it said “order ready” I’m waiting and asking where my food is for 45mins and I ask her lady in the front whose name is lakeisha how long it’s gona take and she answers sarcastically telling the person behind to come and talk to her customer. 45 mins wait, now I’m one of the last people in the store with attitudes flying around. I ask the lady whose pic is below for her name as she didn’t have a name tag on cos she was extremely rude and she refused then went ahead to say she was gona take another persons order before mines and I should forget about my food. After spending an hour waiting, I walk out extremely annoyed not cos I don’t get the food as there is Popeyes everywhere but because u have staff that act like they are being forced to work .. pls do better and hire staff who do not have person issues."

"Employees were nice, polite, and helpful. But the food is no longer what it used to be. We were driving home close to dinner time and realized we did not have anything for dinner. We decided to stop at Popeye's along the way. Got there and saw that people are lining up. When we got to the counter we put in our order to go. We ordered a bunch of chicken and was asked if we wanted any sides. We decided to get a regular size coleslaw to share as well. When we got our food, we noticed that the coleslaw was TINY! We paid an extra $3.49 for this!?!? See picture attached. I asked if they made a mistake and was told with a smile that it's the regular size. Since it's been a long while, and there was a line behind us, we decided to let it go. Got home within 5 minutes, and eagerly dug right in. The batter was crisp and crunchy as we remembered it! But to our disappointment, the chicken pieces were TOUGH; no matter which piece we tried. And speaking of the coleslaw, it was rancid! And we paid an extra $3.49 for it!! We are sorry to say but this meal was a HUGE disappointment. Perhaps it's just this location? We will try another location next time when we get the craving again."

"In my opinion one of the better of the Popeyes in the area and the atmosphere is friendly in my opinion (except when it's really busy and everyone is waiting for their dang chicken lol.) I've had their chicken multiple times over the past decade or two and honestly the chicken used to be dry as anything but I went there today i have no idea what y'all did but nowadays the bone in chicken just hits different. The bone in chicken was juicy and crispy throughout the entire chicken. The white meat could differ a little more from the dark meat but I think both were very good. The wing was a bit meh but the breast and thigh that's what it's all about. I think you just gotta go there right when it's fresh for the day but when it is hot and juicy well just scroll through the pictures! The tenders on the other hand were a little bit undercooked which was fine after putting them in the microwave and me and my dog Tito enjoyed them. The taste was a little off and honestly I would choose burger king chicken fries over these tenders. idk they're pretty big I was expecting like just a smaller tender not a whole super big thing. Either way love the staff over there so please if you're in the area go and support this local popeyes but stick with the bone in and that sweet heat sauce (kind of like a Thai sauce) is very good as well with the spicy version of the chicken. Also I used the apps for the rewards and offers which I don't think a lot of people don't know about but I got all this food was only $6 with the points I had saved up and the offer I used so it's totally worth it to get it on the iOS or playstore. It might also be cool at some point to get special deals for other locations such as BK when you order from a Popeyes."
