"I walked in people their were people sitting down and looking so I gave them a good Morning with a pleasant smile. As I walked to the counter the lady walked away. She never said GM or someone will be with me shortly she walked back and forth about 5times said nothing. The same thing happened when the boss lady walked out she walked past as well. When she finally made it to the register I asked if I could asks a question she said sure. I asks is Customer service important? I then began to explain what happened and she cut me of and instantly became defensive. 2men sat there and watch it from the beginning and said I guess they don't want to take your order. Then they turned a blind eye!! Why continue to support people that don't respect us as people!! As I walked out a young man stopped me and said the same thing happened to him and he seemed upset but he said he just step to the side. I will tell my family and friends about this bad experience because they are foodies!!!!!!"

"I visited this diner today for the first time. I ordered a waffle, grits and salmon cakes and OJ. They give you a lot of food for your money. I paid around $18.00 for my food and currently having the leftovers for dinner. It’s clean there. The service is very nice and the food is delicious. I will definitely go back again."

"Herb’s Diner is amazing. I ordered the fried fish and shrimp breakfast combo, the food was very warm just how I like it. I didn’t even make it home without pulling over to enjoy my meal in the car. The fish and shrimp were crispy and you definitely hear that crunch when biting into them."
