"I should have looked at all the horrible reviews before sitting here. My bad. They think that since it's an airport restaurant, they don't need to care about repeat business from those who get stung by their crappy food, expensive price and terrible business practices. No servers in sight. Just a QR code, that takes me to an extremely slow website. Takes me too long of a time to find the food I want vs. a regular printed menu. I ordered the mushroom and Swiss burger for $26. Selected it to be Medium. And pineapple juice for $5. The juice came first. Miniscule glass. 50% ice. Ripoff. The server never said a word to me. The burger came in a while later. Different server again did not acknowledge my existence. Just put the plate in front of me and was gone like the wind. So...: 1. Plastic ware? In a $30 burger restaurant? Really? 2. Fries are COLD. Probably sat on the plate 10 minutes before the burger was done. 3. Bun was hard as a rock and inedible. Probably heated and sat beside the fries until the burger was ready. 4. Burger was well done and DRY!!! 5. One small slice of Swiss cheese. Disappointed with everything. And absolutely nobody around to talk to. Disgusting!!!"

"Terrible!!!!! I ordered food waited an hour then they tell me they had a glitch in their system it was time for my flight to board & the food still wasn't ready, i spent $50+ for food i did not get & i didn't get a refund Very disgusted"

"I ordered my food, and several items were missing. When I asked a server about it, they kept saying the items were coming, but after 45 minutes of waiting, I got furious. Finally, one server checked my order and claimed they hadn't received my drink order. When I showed him the receipt, he told me to ask for a refund and place a new order. Why would I order again just to experience the same terrible service? Don't waste your time ordering here..."

"Ordered food and drinks. Food was way over priced and aweful. Fries came out burnt and they wouldn't give us a refund. Ordered a venti chai tea latte and after 2 hours, no chai has arrived. Talked to 6 different staff members and they all kept telling us starbucks is making it. Then they told us that starbuck made it but sent to another restuarant. At one point, we went to the bar to ask about the chai again. The staff just laughed at us. One girl, who just started her shift, tried to fix it. She went to starbucks to get the chai tea but it came back with a grande chai tea not a venti as I ordered. Avoid this place!"

"Below average and highly priced food. Ordering online the full description of the item is not visible till you select it. Our vegetarian salad order came with added bacon. Best avoided. Pizza was below average as well."
