"There’s a reason this is a high school job. When you have thirty something year olds working for minimum wage, they are careless, unprofessional, and petty. It was easier to tell me there’s no ice rather than to correct the fact that you forgot ice in my drinks and give me new ones considering I also ordered a frappe and that was some how made. Leave this job to high schoolers.. not a good look on grown adults"

"I had the worst experience ordering online through the app. The first thing, the order was incomplete; they missed the fries. I called customer support and just refunded the price for the fries (without counting the customer service fees and delivery fees plus delivery tip) I had to re-order again the large fries, which came out a total of $14 dollars. I ended up paying extra for their mistake and received a refund of $6,39 for the fries. Second, the size of the LARGE fries I received was a joke. They wasn’t filled up to the top as they used to do it before. So disappointed. Finally, I paid extra for a medium size fries instead."

"Dear McDonald's Customer Service, I visited your restaurant last Friday and had an unpleasant experience with a manager named Emily. When I asked to purchase a Happy Meal toy without buying the entire meal, she laughed at me and did not handle my request professionally. I am aware that McDonald's offers the option to buy the toy separately, and I felt disrespected by her behavior then u left. I hope this matter can be addressed to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future. Thank you for your attention to this issue."

"Wow, I noticed no one pays mind to the bad reviews. This McDonald location is really bad. Service is so bad the food don’t taste good, and is Mc Donald which tastes the same no matter where you go. But if you eat in this location just take it to go be a if you stay you will see some if the staffs actually browsing yo the cellphones while “taking your order” even the machines are in bad shape. I’m sorry to feel this way."
