"recently was at a kiddush with them catering. the one in charge cursed real loud when the cholent pan opened a little and cholent got a liitle over the place. then one of the workers also cursed a little later for some random reason. later that night was a party and they were serving ice cream. i cut the line b/c i was in a rush and she just kept on serving everyone else without saying a word or making any expression. all she did was push my arm away which she's not allowed to touch males."
"I called from out-of-town to purchase a gift certificate to be sent to a house of mourning. When I spoke to Shelby (forgive me if I err on the name) and explained the situation, he offered to personally deliver the gift certificate to the shiva house that night (Thursday) so that they might have it in hand before the Sabbath, to make the mourners' Shabbos easier. I just received a "thank you" call. Caring and personal service is a spice that makes good food even better. Thanks!"
