"The Big Mac meal large $17 with a medium shake in a small cup with highlight yellow small on the side is not right over three times at 4 different stores in NYC, not to mention the fries are not full to the top. When will everything be buy one get one along with the burgers? The logo is a curvy fry, what happen? The service is great at some stores more flexibility team effort, let the logo be your motto! "Mad inconsistent hours—some days they open at 6, some at 6:30, others at 7. Service is great when they're open and the food is what you'd expect from McDonald's, but the fact they can't pick when they open is annoying as all get out."

"Normally, I don't review fast foods, but this one was a given. As I waited patiently 15mins for my food. This supervisor at this location, east 42nd st across from grand central Station, was having a lengthy personal conversation via her phone while on duty. Very unprofessional to say the least.
