Called later and they were very dismissive. The order form is very clear about options for ordering more food ("add soup! add chips! add a drink!), but not for asking if you wanted a hot dish heated. They also could have made sure at pickup. It wasn't very busy. So food looked tasteless and service was bad and hot dish does not mean hot.You can do better."
