"I’m surprised this KFC location still exist!! No customer service whatsoever in this place. All of the employees absolutely hate their job! I ordered through the app for pick up and when I arrived to get my food it was on the delivery side. I paid $32 for a family meal that came with chicken tenders and fries. I walked in and grabbed my bag that had my name with my receipt posted right on the bag, and the bag was a LARGE bag. When I get to my house I take the food out and realize they didn’t put the tenders or the fries. I go back and when I arrive there were people standing and the two girls in the front were talking and ignoring the customers including myself. I then had to say “excuse me” to get their attention. Then I explain to one of the girls what was missing from my bag and she proceeds to tell me “oh there was no space in the large bag so we put it in a separate plastic bag next to the large bag” how was I supposed to know that?! When that separate plastic bag didn’t even have a receipt on it or nothing, and to top it off there was most definitely space in the LARGE bag for them to include the two missing items!! When I get to my house to start eating, I open the mashed potatoes and there was a LONG HAIR in the mashed potatoes!!! I was beyond DISGUSTED!! Both my family and I found the mashed potatoes to be ATROCIOUS!! It tasted weird, like they just mixed whatever powder or product they have in a bag to make these so called mashed potatoes and I’m pretty sure they made it with water straight from the faucet because the quote on quote mashed potatoes were soooooo watered down!! When I ordered through the KFC app I had also put extra crispy for the chicken. They gave me REGULAR chicken and it was super dry!! The fries were soggy and extremely salty and the tenders had to go straight to the garbage!! PLEASE LET THIS BE A WARNING TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! Take your time and money elsewhere because this KFC location is TRASH!! I will NEVER EVER be ordering from this location again!! THIS location needs to be SHUT DOWN!!"

"When I first moved to Bloomfield, it was my go to. Over the years, the standards of this location has deteriorated and it clearly shows. As a group, my co-workers and I decided to order from this location since it was close, despite previous orders missing items. This time they forgot a lemonade and my "Chicken Little" sandwich had mold. My co-worker called the location and was met with "Nothing I can do, the order wasn't placed in-store." So corporate was called. Again, their food and service has been circling the drain. I absolutely never put up any reviews, but this was cause for one. You'll never catch me here again."

"Please read below as to the details of a heartfelt and truthful 2 star review. I placed my order directly through KFC’s website for pickup in store. When I arrived I was attended to by a young woman who began by telling me that my order was for delivery through Grubhub. After I repeated numerous times that my order was indeed not for delivery another member of the staff pointed out to the young woman that my order was indeed for pickup. I was told that my order would be ready for pick-up at 6:10 so that is when I arrived, only to wait another 15-20 minutes! Additionally, I had ordered dessert biscuits, which are a cooperative menu item from Cinnabon. The staff informed me that they did not have any frosting so they just put on more cinnamon sauce. The frosting is the BEST Part! They did not offer to take it off my order, which I should not have accepted, but I did because I was frustrated by the wait. Additionally the dessert biscuits were stale. Upon arriving home I found that they had not provided any silverware, napkins, plates, or biscuits! All of those items were selected on my order. The staff was more interested in conversing amongst one another than properly preparing customer orders. Also, why would my potatoes just be covered in Plastic wrap instead of a lid? On the bright side there is ample parking to the side of the building. Please see pictures for reference to what I’ve been talking about."
