"I'm sorry but I must be brutally honest with everyone. I ordered picadillo and to my knowledge, I don't know what type of picadillo was that, but, I know what a true and delicious picadillo is. I'm just giving constructive criticism here. But that picadillo last night is no where near what a real tasty picadillo should taste like. The service was OK. Nice people and beautiful atmosphere and beautiful restaurant. This restaurant gives me the impression that is Dominican. Why? The setting. The setting of the food, the display, reminds me of Dominican restaurants who do the same thing. I have been to many cuban restaurants all the way to Saint Peterburgs and Hialeah and never saw their food on display for everyone to see. Again, that picadillo was strange. I'm just saying."

"Great food and great service. The restaurant is small and quint but could use some upgrade. You cannot beat the authentic food and the prices. Got 1/2 tray of pernil for Christmas and again did not disappoint. Small hole in the wall places are still king. Oh and they make ox tail daily."

"The staff here was really friendly, and the restraunt was nice. The beef empanadas were good they were very crispy on the outside while fluffy and airy on the inside. We also got the chicken which was good but a little dry. I would recommend for a quick bite."

"I had always heard good things about this place , then I read the mixed reviews. I decided to try it anyway. We arrived at 8 pm, the place was empty and they were scheduled to close at 9. Selected our table and was seated. I asked the waitress were the oxtails tender , she spoke in a very low tone and informed me that they were a bit on the firmer side. We ordered empanadas to start. The beef was good, chicken was ok. I proceeded to order sautéed chicken. It was chicken breast pieces, some were dry , but it was very salty. I wanted yellow rice but they were all out. I would try this place again with hopes of a better meal. My friend had garlic shrimp and didn’t finish them. Their sandwiches look good."

"Decent portion . We tried Cuban sandwiches ( turkey) which was good . Also opted for a meal option with roasted chicken . The rice and the beans were blend in taste . The roasted chicken was okay . Good place to sit down and enjoy your email . The servers were polite and welcoming . Good coffee"
