Reviews
"i ordered 2 different pupusas (pollo, queso y frijoles/pollo y queso) with an horchata. the horchata was great as well as the food, although it is made to order so there is about a 20 minute wait time. would recommend tho! [ menus i seen on reviews were outdated so maybe this will help other ]"
"This is definitely my new favorite spot for pupusas. I’ve tried many different places all over the Bronx, Queens, and Long Island, but this place has the most authentic pupusas in the area. The flavor of the pupusa itself is amazing. You can tell the curtido has been marinating for a while, and the salsas are full of flavor. The pupusas here are the closest you’ll get to ones in El Salvador. (Side note: horchata was also really good)"
"I was disappointed when I saw bones in my tamales. The tamales was soggy. It felt like it was uncooked because the potatoes was not soft inside it. My neice gave the same rating for this restaurant. I wouldn’t buy here. I would hate to give it a one star."
"The pupusas here are never fail to always be delicious. If you want something tasty to eat you can count on these pupusas. The restaurant is very popular so you may have to wait a bit at peak times. Good cooking takes time. The pupusas come in many flavors such as beans, chicken, pork, jalapeno, spinach, cheese, and the not so common loroco and chipilin. I have eaten pupusas all over New York City and State. These are the best."
"This is the first time we’ve had pupusas, so we really can’t compare them to any others. But the food we ordered was hot and delicious. You may have to wait a little, but they seem to be made to order."
