"This location has fell off so badly. I’ve been coming here since childhood, I’m 35 now. The past 5yrs or so the quality of everything has declined tremendously. They need a team just for mobile orders. They need someone to structure crowd control and a team that just cleans as this location has high traffic. Seats need replacing too. Who manages this location? Should be ashamed"

"I dined in there for a few but I didn’t like how messy it was. The seating area didn’t remind of the Freshpond Road location but this one has spills and holes in some of the seats. I also didn’t like the fact that the fries weren’t fried enough and didn’t have any salt. I did like that they put light cheese like I asked and they make my wrap bulky! Lots of chicken which is great because in certain locations it’s all messy and comes apart because of the lack of chicken or just not caring about presentation."

"I use to come here a lot, but times have changed, and this location has too. The floors were full of water, and not a single wet floor sign to be found. I guess either a worker or customer placed a bunch of napkins to dry up the water, but it shows the laziness of the workers here. They also messed up my order, and then upon asking for them to fix it, the worker gave an attitude. Additionally, the restaurant reeked of something unpleasant and too nasty to describe."

"I ask both to have extra ketchup and extra mayo, no cheese which you saw they took it off and I ask for onions on one because one came with onion. No you tell me if you wood eat this? They do not follow directions at all. They should be fired for making this disgusting food. It’s all about presentation of your product."

"Great views, clean and cozy. It’s has parking, it’s has a fire place, it’s like a mini food resort as you have big windows looking outside. Good staff and hot food."
