"I must say this location needs some work and improvement on customer service and food quality.. 125th is a better location. Mac and Cheese wasn’t the right portion and wasn’t all that good"
"Went on the opening day. I expected it to be busy so talking to my friend helped. There was still training staff and location staff working one register. They’re very nice. I got a free breakfast promo too! However they were rushed and gave my friend a medium size drink when we got large. But it’s ok. I managed to get seating. The staff were tentatively taking orders, sweeping and wiping surfaces. However, I did try to call someone over but they just waved at me? The location is busy + loud since I sat next to a restless child but that’s to be expected in Fordham. I am a big fan of the Jackson Heights location and Marble Hill location runned by Sunny ☀️. The Fordham location is a wonderful addition."
"I ordered via Uber eats. Part of My order was wrong. The rest was fine. So I was missing the “chicken” from the chicken biscuit. They only sent the biscuit. I called the restaurant directly to report what happened. My order arrived completely sealed. There was nothing wrong with the packaging at all. The manager RAQUEL said it wasn’t the stores fault. There was no “proof” they made an error. The Uber driver probably TOOK IT OFF AND ATE IT? Or he took the wrong order. I’m sorry what??the Uber driver ate it ? How ??? First of all. The mistake IS on the restaurant. How do you say that to a customer? I wasn’t trying to get a refund. I want them to READ and pay attention when placing orders. A simply apology would suffice. I don’t know if it’s the neighborhood or what- but you made HER a manager ? I’m sorry she needs customer service training or new position. No common sense!! Since I’m here I might as well make another complaint. I went on Monday ordered 2 chicken biscuits in person. 1 spicy one regular. Breakfast was over like 1 minute before. But they had like 8 left so I said I’d take one of the ones on the side. They took forever to pack my order. I watched employees walk over and take the chicken biscuits. The cashier comes over and says “oh I’m sorry. We only have 1 regular and 1 spicy left”. After I had already paid for them. The employees took them and ate them? I don’t know the age of these kids working here. But it’s really disturbing. I also heard the manager probably the same one. Get rude with a customer when he complained about how long the order took. This place is ghetto. So I won’t be returning."
"I ordered Uber eats. Part of My order- chicken biscuit came with no chicken, just a biscuit.. The wrapper indicated spicy. Should have been regular. My order came sealed. There was nothing off with the packaging. I called the restaurant directly to complain. The manager RAQUEL needs common sense training. She said there was no “proof” it was their fault. She had the audacity to say The driver probably took it off. I’m sorry what? It wasn’t the restaurants fault. What kind of people do you hire to manage your restaurant? No common sense. The error was on the person preparing the order. NOT the delivery person . I was calling to report the error. And tell her they should be more careful packing orders. Not for a refund or anything of the sort. A simple apology would’ve sufficed. I don’t know what kind of customer service training your company provides. She needs to be fired. Idiot."
"I arrived for their Grand Opening. There was a number of micro aggressive behavior from the Management against the darker hue customers. I imagine it will take some training and experience to adjust to Fordham’s vibe."
