Krispy Krunchy Chicken

"I ordered my food online and it was ready on time, the guy behind the counter was very friendly and professional. The tenders were very tasty and fresh, but after driving home for about 15 minutes, unfortunately my breading got soggy so only a little bit was still crunchy. The biscuit, however, was still a 10/10, blew anything else I’ve had at a chicken spot out of the water. Will hopefully come back someday and eat my chicken in-house before it loses it’s crunch on the way home"

"Pretty overpriced, chicken was ok but skin fell off making it not that crunchy. Mac and cheese was expensive and was probably just kraft microwaved. Wouldnt come back but it got me full. Also long wait time"

"I got chicken with biscuit. When I came home the chicken didn’t have no taste and it smelled really bad . I had to wait couple of minutes before I could place my order . Either there food is to salty or has no taste . Nasty couldn’t even eat the chicken because of the smell. It’s a rip off to pay for something that isn’t even cooked well or smell bad."

"Disappointed twice now; I always give a second chance (unlike what business owner suggests below). Chicken was rubbery. Smells like reused, old oil as well. The chicken nuggets were definitely fried more than once, you can smell the old oil, and way overcooked. Just doesn't seem fresh at all, unfortunately. We love KK at another location, so that's why we are disappointed at this one. Please make proper changes because we want to support halal spots! (Edited to add: this review was added in July '22, but because of an edit it seems recent. Also, I would have appreciated a response that acknowledged the inedible chicken for my children and how changes would be made to the cooking. I paid over $80 to receive old food. But alas...)"
