"Usually fine but the lady at the window asked to make sure she had the right drink and someone lied to her and gave me a coke instead of root beer, and no BBQ sauce like I asked, not really a big deal but little annoying"

"This Wendy's is horrible. I asked for my fries and nuggets to be made fresh. I informed them I do not mind the wait. I received my order and the nuggets are soggy. I hand back the back and was asked to park out in the front and the food would be brought to me. a"Approximately three min. later someone brings me out my food and I go to eat the fries and they are hot but taste clearly refried. when I touched the nuggets they were hot but I was nervous to eat them after the taste of the few re fried fries I've tasted. This was a horrible experience and the management was beyond arrogant towards the situation which clearly explained where the lack of culture comes amongst this specific location. With the attitudes and lack of empathy presented it also shows lackadaisical and complacent negative behavior amongst the staff which is not a good look for this Wendy's location which is located directly off of US-46 extremely busy route."

"These people working here literally hate their job. Always messing up an easy order and if you asked to get it fixed they give nasty attitude. The guys working taking the orders with the durag have there AirPods on taking orders. Smh do better Wendy’s"

"This is a very consistent Wendy's. Never made a mistake with my mobile app orders or in person orders. The staff members I have interacted with have all been friendly and courteous. The gentleman with the tattoos who works drive thru on Sunday mornings has been on point and serves with a smile on their face. It's refreshing to have a consistently warm and personal experience at a large franchise restaurant."

"Staff is very rude and unprofessional. They make up their own rules as opposed to what Wendy's value is supposed to be. I do not recommend this place at all. There is a McDonald's about 5 minutes from this place. Go there instead!"
