"HORRIBLE service. Cancel online orders, lie about calling to “confirm” the orders. When using rewards, they will cancel the order and make you reorder in-store, then refuse to honor the discount from your originally placed online order. Incredibly rude and entitled, talk bad about customers in Hindi to their face (my bf speaks Hindi and called them out and they didn’t apologize). Just overall terrible franchise. Our experience at other subways has been great, we eat here all the time, but the franchise owner should really know how his employees are treating customers."

"Clean location. But—why was my salad bowl so in need of more salad?? A friend picked it up for me. There is no consistency with other locations where you nearly have to close the lid in the same fashion you would for an overpacked suitcase. This location was acting as if they had to ration out their lettuce leaves."
