"I would recommend you all to not come to this Wendys. They are fraudulent and partnered with a Towing Company in which they scam and tow any car that’s parked there for more than 15-30 minutes. Even if you eat inside the restaurant you risk getting your car towed. If they tow your car you have to pay $250 to get it back IN CASH. They don’t accept credit/debit cards proving how they are scamming. I believe they have paid people parked in the parking lot (inside their cars) who monitor and see who parks there and how long they are parked, then they tow the cars. It is strategic and extremely wrong! Every parking spot has a “Wendys Customers Only” sign which they use to justify the towing of people’s cars. If this has happened to you I suggest reporting them to the police. If enough people report then maybe we can have these scammers stop."

"Food is always fresh and hot, the service has a lot of room to grow. If you order ahead and when you get there the workers purposely keep from looking at you. They will continue to do whatever it is they're doing even if it's talking with coworkers. You basically have to force them to acknowledge you are there by saying "excuse me" at a loud decibel. If you just stand there, even when you're right in front of them behind the glass, they will NOT look up. I don't understand why it's like this. I go there for the food not the service, so it is what it is I guess."

"First opened late all the time Because the owners speak Spanish, it's hard for someone English to get their food. It is also hard for a delivery person to pick up their food because of the communication. I waited an hour just to get served. I had to sit down. Miss my place in line when I got to the counter. I couldn't understand her she couldn't understand me. It was awful after I got my food, which took extremely too long. It took even longer to get my food. It took me about 1 hours and a half to order and get my food."

"I shopped inside and when I went out I didn't have a car. The owner called the tow truck and had my car towed. They are committing fraud by having a contract with the tow truck company. I walked for 40 minutes in the cold weather and they gave me my car in exchange for $250 cash. I will complain about you."
