"Thank god for Jersey Mike's in Ridgewood NJ. It has become our go-to place for lunch (and often dinner) this past year. The staff is amazing - so polite and prompt and responsive. The store manager Joshua is also superlative - so professional and focused on providing excellent service and product to everyone. We feel lucky to have found such a great place for delicious sandwiches near to us - our favorites of course the #10 Tuna (great hack: heat it up in airfryer first when you get it home) and the Roast Beef and Provolone. Again, the team in Ridgewood customizes these to our specific requests (tons of pickles!). Thank you to Joshua and the team for their excellence!! Bravo and Brava to everyone there! Jersey Mike's is also lucky to have such a great team of people working there."

"I knew to just go to shop rite and get a pound of turkey for $12.99. Like seriously? This is the amount of turkey you guys put on a $12.99 sandwich?! Infuriating… BIDENomics baby!!!!!!"

"Worst sandwich I have ever been given. And to have been charged $9.54 for this sloppy, soggy mess is even more shameful. Employee making the sandwiches was annoyed that I brought this inedible food to his attention (I paid before receiving my order). When I asked for a refund, I thought he was going to lose his temper. Instead of giving me my money back, he handed me a receipt and walked away. I repeated that I wanted my money back, not some coupon for a future visit. He replied that I was getting my bank card credited. Seriously? I never used my bank card, so how would he have been able to credit my account? Stay away from this place- you'll save yourself a lot of aggravation and money that could be spent elsewhere for a much better sandwich. And the employee never changed gloves after handling the money- he went right back to making someone else's order."

"I've always heard about it but never tried it. One day driving I decided to stop and let me tell you it was worth it! I ordered the classic Philly cheese steak it's the best sandwich I've tasted besides the really one in philly. The place is clean and the workers are nice. I noticed the cashier wears gloves when dealing with the money and then removes it and put on new one when making the sandwich. Very good! I will definitely be back!."
