"The absolute worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to. If I could give no stars I would. Literally every single time we go here there is something wrong with our order. Some thing is always missing but they always charge for it and quite frankly I'd rather drive to Elizabeth than go back here ever again. Elizabeth actually has great service, accuracy, and the food is even better. (You would think they are all the same. But they are not) Not worth the drive through"

"This place is horrible. I ordered a 3 piece and a famous bowl, okay. I get the drinks and half the cup is filled and was told to pull on the side and wait. I then realized there were about 8 cars waiting for their food from the drive thru and more piling up. Our food was nowhere near ready after waiting for 20 minutes. We tried the drinks and it tasted like syrup. I ended up going inside giving them their drinks back and asking for a refund. Meanwhile there were also people waiting inside for their food. I will never go back there."

"Came here after the beach with my family to grab something quick. They had literally nothing! Wanted to get 2 chicken sandwiches they only had one. Wanted to get a famous bowl and they didn’t have them. Wanted a Dr. Pepper and they didn’t have that either. I ordered a Pepsi and received a Diet Pepsi. Our food was not ready so we had to pull around to wait for it to be done…fine I get that. The woman came through the double doors, confirmed what we had ordered and literally threw the food through the window to my husband. HORRENDOUS. I will literally never come back."

"I ordered a 16 piece meal for the family because I don't eat chicken or any kind of meat and the family said it was delicious when I walked in they didn't have any available so they actually made mine fresh I got rolls which are always good and french fries which I like I was a little disappointed in the cake the chocolate cake that it wasn't fresh but the guy who was helping me out who waited on me was really nice. Great customer service."

"Three stars only because the service was good and quick. I wasn’t expecting that at all. This store definitely isn’t one of the tidiest places at all. However their food is good enough to be rated as 3 stars. One more thing that I wasn’t expecting was the store to be busy, I was sure it's going to be only us for a quick bite but to my surprise, there were a fair number of people waiting for their order. I just can't give this KFC more than 3 stars so far as the cleanliness and hygiene are concerned."
