"So quick update to my last review spoke with the owner / manager Heather and honestly a very pleasant woman who was extremely sorry for the hair in the food and that it’s absolutely unacceptable to have that happen and instead of waiting on a credit return in my card to come in and she will give cash at anytime . So just how she handled this situation means I will most likely come back to Brooklyn pizza as I have eaten there for years . But I have to say the customer service was amazing"
"Pizza was good NY style; thin and it was crisp on the bottom. I know you can't judge a place by getting just a slice but it tasted OK. What I would prefer is if the slice was warmer. It was almost as is the oven was just turned on and didn't have a chance to heat up properly. I will say the slices were huge!"
