"Absolutely disgraceful behavior from management and staff. I picked out a coat and wanted to come back towards the end of the closing hours and purchase it but they didn’t allow me in and it was 7:45 PM and the store says it closes at 8:00 PM. What kind of customer service is this? Keep in mind that we drove all the way from Queens NY to visit this outlet and have a great day with our family. I want to make it clear that this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had and I will never purchase something from here again. If you would like to discuss the matter, if it does interest you please check the cameras around the time mentioned. Disgraceful."

"A really nice outlet. Lots of shops with so many sales. It’s not too busy during the week which was a relief. The food court wasn’t big but they had a nice variation of food to choose from."

"Over all the North Face outlet has good deals. Sadly a staff member push a defective item onto me and I bought said item without noticing. It’s super minor but still upsetting. Now I am 50 miles away and unable to do anything about it."
