"I was disappointed with my experience at Old Navy today. Usually they have great sales, but the deal signs were not in alignment with a few products and so certain deals never applied properly. Besides the sales experience... The sales associate* wasn’t very knowledgeable of the store credit card process and other store related questions when asked about sales/deals… this person was also very uncomfortable with applying certain discounts which were eligible. It wasn’t a very successful shopping experience today unfortunately."

"The older woman with the long black hair would NOT stop harassing both me and my father about signing up for a credit card. She asked us each 5 different times during our check out experience. It was obnoxious and off putting. I’ve never been asked that many times to sign up for a card before."

"Just had the worst experience ever. Lady at the checkout would stop harassing me to sign up after I said no the first time. Then tells me I can’t use Apple Pay and makes me leave to get my card. Lastly, I came back with my card and couldn’t find my items she mixed my stuff up with another customers. The customer was confused as/well. It was a nightmare."

"Took a trip out to this outlet store because I scored a coupon for $30 off $75 purchase, was worth the trip! Found bodysuits, colorful sweatshirts, t shirts all reasonably priced, brightly colored for the summer season! After I finished shopping scored another coupon to use in July so I'll be back to shop again! The staff is friendly, the store is well organized and there are many sizes available, makes for easy selection! Would recommend Old Navy to anyone, get out there to the outlet and get the best bang for your buck!"
