Over the years, White Glove has gone above and beyond at times to help us when we have had last minute testing, or paperwork that we have needed for USCG Inspections, and new hire testing. During one of the audits on our consortium, White Glove took what may have been a disastrous situation, and turned it into a fast and easy solution. We have always received all of our yearly reports, our random testing selections, as well a our employee paperwork, and I D cards on time. "White Glove is awesome! They are on the second floor, you have to use the stairs. The building is a little outdated but their office is very clean and welcoming. I only had to wait 10 minutes to get my test done. The front desk lady is very personable and sweet, the whole test took less than two minutes. There are no appointments, you can just walk in. Will definitely come back here again if I ever need to in the future!"

"EDIT: Responding to the reply from the owner. I do not appreciate being called a liar. I stand by what I said and wrote, because that is what I experienced. I wish I had read the reviews before selecting this location for my pre-employment drug screen. The staff were perfectly friendly and professional during my visit, told me while I was there that "results would be ready within a couple hours" and that they would "contact me when the results were in" and sent me on my way. Fast forward two weeks, the Friday before my intended first day, and my new company calls to tell me (please forgive the all-caps) *that they (White Glove) LOST THE SAMPLE* and furthermore didn't inform my new employer of this fact *until the Friday before I was due to start work*! When I called White Glove to ask what happened, the person I spoke too got an attitude and blamed everyone but White Glove, blaming the company they apparently send out the samples to be tested (That's right, they don't actually do testing onsite; they only collect the samples and send them to a third party to do the actual testing, something I was unaware of), and even had the gall to blame *my new employer* for the missing sample! Again, apologies for all caps, but DO NOT GO HERE if you have any other choice!"

You really have to experience a place for yourself. I enjoyed the owner and her husband. Thanks for the laughter. I would recommend any one to come here.."
