"I cannot even begin to express how wonderfully I was treated at Off The Rack! I was excited to be looking for a wedding dress, but very stressed because I had a very short period of time in which to get a dress, I had a budget and my toddler was my shopping partner! We were definitely on a grand adventure!! Marna, the owner, greeted us as soon as we arrived and I explained to her my situation. She immediately showed me dresses that I might like and helped me try them on too. We discussed options for alterations and additions, such as a belt. I had to leave before making a purchase, but returned two days later with my toddler, sister and her 2 small children too! Again, Marna greeted us at the door and she remembered me by name. Having a background in customer service, I knew how awesome it was to be personally remembered. I finally decided which dress I would buy and she helped me pick out the perfect accessories. I got my dress, my veil, a belt and some jewelry. She processed the transaction without any issues and even recommended a wonderful seamstress that was able to alter my dress perfectly! My entire experience with Marna was amazing! She was so personable, knowledgeable and friendly! We talked about so many things when we were together and I realized that she was genuinely a wonderful person - a very hard worker too! I was truly meant to be in her store.
