"Usually a very pleasant staff. Today, not so much. They wanted me to wait on line a 2nd time after retreiving receipt from my parked car outside the store. Their system was unable to process a return transaction with just credit card alone so i had to go get receipt from car and stand on line again. REALLY? The manager declined to give his name after i asked."
