"A horrible little ‘shopping’ center on the corner of Seaview Avenue and Rockaway Parkway. Before Rite Aid closed it was pretty busy; now it’s a fairly desolate strip of small stores anchored by a huge abandoned one. Parking lot is always at least 3/4 empty. A ‘smoke shop’ opened, so you can count on 2-12 men just hanging around out front of it. All day. No bank, supermarket or Pharmacy to anchor the other stores. The center is on the south side of Seaview Avenue, so I always make sure to walk up the north side."
