"My favorite mall in NYC. Easy to get to if taking public transportation. And they have very affordable onsite parking. We usually spend about $5 every visit. Lots of stores that always have good sales. Nice size mall but still easy to navigate. Plenty of signs to help."
"Fortunately there are police officers sprinkled throughout the mall, and stationed inside the stores. The mall feels deserted with many vacant retail shops, perhaps about 50% of the venue is shut down. There were scarcely any customers relative to mall's magnitude (it has 2 wings and over 3 floors). Still, the NYPD and security presence makes a difference. I would NOT visit this mall alone, if possible. It is nothing like it was 5 - 6 years ago (pre-Covid; I an writing this review 3/28/24). About 10 years ago the mall was bustling with life. The halls were crowded, escalators sometimes had lines, and the food court was usually packed (at least on weekends). Things change, I guess."
