"Prices are outrageous. I understand everything is going up & milking covid seems to be the new norm BUT thats not how you keep customers coming back. I took 2 boots one for cleaning the scuff marks on rain boots $25. & a pair of leather boots I wanted heel cut a bit $55.00 total. Oh & I had asked to put a tap on my rain boots that would have been another $25. which I did not do. I ordered them from Amazon for $9. bucks & I have about 20 of them all you need is a hammer (DIY) sometimes works. Will show pics later. Place was nice & big. Price I did not like. Will shop around for another shoe repair shop."

"Happy with the service, they did a great job on my boots. I was also informed when I first came in that the best option would be to go with the manufacturer to get original soles for my boots, that it is true the manufacturer would do the best job. Safe to say they weren’t just trying to make money off of me and i appreciate that information they gave me."

"The work is very good and I have always been pleased with the results. The prices however are outrageous. Ultimately I had to stop going to this location because I felt I was getting ripped off. I was recently told it would cost $35 to shine a pair of shoes, because they had to be cleaned. The prices were never the same but $35 is, as I said before, outrageous."

"Manny last polished these shoes in 2017. I've had them for a while. Manny added a new heel, laces and polish. I guess I'll have these shoes even longer. Amazing what a cobbler can do to revive 10 year old shoes."
