"Fantastic craftmanship and a gem of a person. I had my new golf shoes that had poor quality material in the Achilles area start to wear and rip the skin off. Frank stitched a high quality learther in both the shoes and now they are better than what the brand intended them to be. More comfy. Any leather work, I highly recommend Frank's."
"The owner is great and brought my shoes back to life and his pricing is good as well. Will definitely be bringing more shoes."
"This guy understands the craft of cleaning/repairing/painting shoes, he has never declined a job that I've brought to him and always done great work. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely takes about a week to get the work done as it's a one man shop, so go in advance if you want the work done nicely."
"I went today because i needed a repair of shoes to be worn this weekend at a Gala for Stage 4 Hope being held in Harrisburg, P.A.. Leo was very accomodating and promised to have my shoes repaired and back to me within one hour and i'm confident he will honor that. Reasonable prices for repairs. Highly recommend this shop. Sincerely, Patricia."
"Really wanted to love this place since I like around the corner. I spoke with the owner about fixing a leather handbag strap. He analyzed the bag and told me it wasn't possible to fix, so I was disappointed but wasn't upset. As I was leaving he said "I'm too busy". So I asked him to clarify if the problem was that he was too busy or that it's not possible to be fixed? He said it was that he was busy. I didn't even give him a timeline, price quote, or ask for it asap as I'm not In a rush. The point is, he could have politely declined at first saying he doesn't have the time, instead of lying and saying it was irreparable. I almost didn't go to another place thinking it was impossible to fix, but luckily I went to a great spot on Anderson Street less than a mile away! If your looking for a repair I suggest to go to the shop on Anderson before this one."
