"As someone who works in luxury I was disappointed. I came in to return a item purchased earlier in the week because it was see through. The gentleman assisting me was kind. However, the manager comes over and before I even left the counter then responds “I knew that was going happen, UNBELIEVABLE” I turned around and stared directly at her."

George was able to assist with some of the computer system issues as well. Definitely coming back to the location for all my suit needs."

"Do NOT shop here. I purchased 2 pairs of men’s pants about 2 weeks ago. After bringing them home I realized I’m not 58 years old and decided to return them. I paid $148 each pair. I went in not expecting a refund, but a store credit since I didn’t have the receipt. (Reasonable right?) the manager “ Myrna Garcia” said I have to give you the low price. She proceeded to give me a value of $38 per pair. $120 price reduction in 2 weeks? That’s ridiculous! Her co-worker turned to her and said “give him the current low price of $128 per pair” to which she said “no I have to give him the lowest price they were ever priced” this crazy woman gave me a Black Friday 1990 pre inflation price on these pants! What a shame, a store “manager” going out of her way to give me the least amount of money for pants made out or burlap and designed by Albert Einstein. BA HAMBUG LADY! Side note. Does anyone want a $78 gift card?"

"not on par with my expectations. Had to order a suit and shirts to be delivered to the store. Their supervisor inputted half of my mailing address and the stores city, state, zip code. Of course fedex could not figure out where to deliver it. As the receiver I could not update the address. Fortunately Mr. George Rosa was able to track down my items and correct the address. This delayed everything several days. I was given 10/13 for the suit to be ready and I would receive a text/ call when its ready. I explicitly stated when I started this whole process on the last week of September that I had a destination wedding to attend on the 15th of October. I am flying out today 10/14 without the suit. I would strongly suggest going to another Brooks Brothers store. I caught the error on the shipping, I had to contact the store to correct it. Time to pay, I had to request what and why I am being charged for. ( some alterations are included and some are not)."
