"11 poor reviews - all for the same reason: BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I think I see a trend developing here. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE – THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE A SALE! I bought a NEW $6,000 Gravely mower from these guys. After using it for one season (72 hours) I took it in for the end of season service. They kept it for 3 ½ months (stored outside in winter weather). They replaced the carburetor, manifold and thermostat. Finally got it home and tried to mow for the first time of the season and the thing will hardly run, idles rough, and has NO POWER when under a load (such as cutting spring time grass)! Called them and asked that they pick it up and take it back for service and was told couldn’t get it for at least a week. I was told their techs were off for three days and there was no guarantee they could get to it within a week even if I brought it to them. When I asked about a loaner tractor, I was told they don’t do that (in the height of grass cutting season!). KEEP YOUR MONEY AND BUY FROM A REPUTABLE FIRM THAT PROVIDES REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE ON YOUR PURCHASE! Just had another dealer diagnose the problem--bad #2 cylinder coil. I'm pretty sure that didn't happen on the trailer during the 25 mile trip between their shop in Morgantown and my home."
