"No matter how hard I work to save money and pay them whether it is on time or late and then having to deal with unexpected things (for example, moving to a new apartment and car in shop all in this month), they will keep calling you and demanding money. The last resort came when Mr. Malkin "threatened" legal action against me (and it wasn't his first time doing this). I have ZERO tolerance for ANY kind of threat and the current loan I have been paying with them will be my last. I can't do any more business with a company who does not understand my situation and then making threats AFTER I explained my situation. The previous management were much better and more understanding. If you guys are looking for a loan from this company... I'd strongly advise to look elsewhere unless you can make payments on time (without any late payments). Save yourself the headache. On a side note: Making a indirect or direct threats to a customer just because he/she is really trying to find ways to pay them is a BIG NO-NO, period."
