"Took all my information, then assumed me that all I needed was a credit score over 550 to qualify. Ran my credit check (bringing down my credit score), told me that she was handing over my application to the manager and I haven't heard back from them since (2 days ago). Very bad business practice. Update: so I received a call back two days after posting this review to come in to the office for the application process. I was denied due to not being able to include my child support payments. The agent and my experience was very pleasant, but I stick by my initial review that the process itself is misleading."
