"Some of the other reviewers are genuinely evil people. The owner is making genuinely delicious food with massive portions (me and a friend split the entree and couldnt finish it), and these people are whining that her two children are in the restaurant being normal kids. If you want them out of there, then pay for her damn childcare yourself!! Just genuinely evil people with no sense for others outside their bubble"
"This place blows away montes and Niagara cafe, (which are both great)whoever cooks this food knows what they are doing, best rice beans and pastelitos. Amazing, we went for the first time two weeks ago and have been back four times. Amazing!"
"We visited this place when it was the greenhouse cafe but it seems a new business has taken over. The interior looks mostly the same. We ordered the steak and chicken with rice and beans. The food was very fresh and tasted great. The portion was just right, filling you up. The prices were much more inflated than I was comfortable with though. The service was nice. We ordered at the counter and sat upstairs. Our food was brought to us. The staff seemed friendly. I like the atmosphere of the place, very chill. They had a TV on the first floor playing spider-man. The decor is fun especially the green allen st sign. Overall a good experience but the prices do make me a bit hesitant to make a return so soon."
"From the moment you lay eyes on this establishment, you can tell instantly it’s bringing exactly what Allen is need of and the perfect atmosphere for community! Sharing a cultured cuisine crafted so darn good it’ll make you wanna come back everyday! Adding a twist offering wholeness food and drink items just puts the cherry on top of this amazing spot!"
"I have been trying to try this restaurant for a few days, and finally got it to. It did not disappoint. Authentic Puerto Rican food. Be patient. The food is made from scratch. Simply delicious."
