"I hired Meta Movers well before I had a new address to move to. I did change the date for moving several times and Ross was very understanding and was able to reschedule everytime. I couldn't have been more appreciative for this as it was spring and movers book quickly. On moving day they arrived on time and started loading right away. I moved to a 4th floor walk up, meaning no elevator, and they didn't show me any annoyance as they continuously went up and down the stairs. Everything arrived in great condition and the movers were super friendly and patient. The only issue was the drawers to my bedroom furniture were removed to make it easier to bring up, which was fine. However, some of them were not put back in correctly. While I was able to fix most of them there was one where the track was too damaged. I contacted Ross and he ordered a new track and even came to install it himself. That really elevated my experience and expectations. They made my move less stressful and I highly recommend this company for your moving needs."
